Imperion System is a digital agency incorporated in the province of Quebec, Canada. We build custom websites and AI-powered automation agents for businesses. All Service agreements are governed by separate client contracts entered into at the time of engagement.

4.2 Client Work

Any websites, AI agents, or deliverables we produce for clients are governed exclusively by the terms of the written service agreement between Imperion System and that client. Nothing in these Terms grants any third party rights over client deliverables.

4.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Site or Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

5. AI Chat Assistant

Our Site may include a live AI chat assistant ("Assistant") to answer questions about our Services. Please be aware that:

• The Assistant is powered by a third-party AI model and may not always be accurate
• Responses from the Assistant do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice
• Conversations with the Assistant may be stored and reviewed for quality and safety purposes (see our Privacy Policy)
• The Assistant is not a human and should not be relied upon for binding commitments — all formal agreements must be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Imperion System

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperion System disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

If you are a consumer resident in Quebec, you may also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c. P-40.1), which these Terms do not override.
